PPC management for Shopify stores that care about margin, not just ROAS.
We run Google and Meta ads for Shopify brands that want honest numbers, margin-based decisions, and campaigns that actually grow revenue, not just dashboard metrics.

Most agencies optimise for ROAS. We optimise for what hits your bank account.
A 10x ROAS on low-margin products can still lose money. We work from your margins, not your revenue, and we tell you when a campaign is not worth running.
Tracking verified on Shopify first
Before we spend a penny of your budget, we check that purchase tracking is actually firing correctly in Shopify and Google. Decisions made on bad data cost more than the fix.
Margin-based campaign decisions
We work with your product margins, not just your revenue. What's the point of scaling a campaign that's profitable in a spreadsheet but not in your account?
Reporting that includes the misses
When a month underperforms, you hear it from us before you spot it yourself. We say what we changed and why, not what you want to hear.
Muscle Food: from 400 to 670 daily orders on ~£130k monthly spend.
Muscle Food is a high-volume Shopify brand in the nutrition space. The challenge was scaling daily order volume while halving cost per acquisition, without compromising on margin. CPA dropped from £16 to £8 as daily orders grew from around 400 to 670.
At this scale, the difference between a 10x and a 9x ROAS is material. Every campaign decision ran through what the numbers meant for the bottom line, not just the dashboard.

Questions worth asking before you get in touch
It depends on what you already have running. If your tracking is clean and you have usable campaign history, we can start making real improvements within the first two to four weeks. If tracking is broken or you are starting from scratch, the first month is mostly about getting the account in good shape before we scale. We will tell you upfront what state your account is in after the free audit, so you are not guessing.
We tell you before you notice it. A drop in ROAS can come from seasonality, a product going out of stock, a bidding change, or a shift in competition. We explain what happened, what we changed, and what we expect next. What we do not do is send you a report full of green arrows while quietly burying the miss. If something is not working, you hear it from us clearly.
Shopify's native Google integration does not always fire correctly, particularly after theme updates, checkout changes, or third-party app conflicts. If your conversion data is wrong, every campaign decision built on it is also wrong. We check that purchases are tracking accurately in both Google Ads and GA4 before we spend any of your budget, because optimising against bad data is a reliable way to waste money.
We do not tie clients into long-term contracts, but we do ask for at least three months to give campaigns the time they need to learn and optimise. Below a certain monthly ad spend, the account economics rarely work well for either side, so we will be upfront about whether your budget is a realistic fit during the audit conversation. There is no pressure either way.
You get a monthly report that covers ROAS, CPA, spend, and what changed during the month, including what did not perform as expected. You deal directly with the person running your account, not an account manager who relays questions to someone else. If you have a question mid-month, you ask it directly.
It depends on your margins and your average order value, and it is a question worth asking before you commit budget. We will work through the numbers with you during the audit. In some cases, a higher ROAS target is needed to make paid search viable. In others, a different campaign type or product focus makes more sense. If the maths does not work, we will say so rather than take the work on.
